1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
SQUARE COMPANY GROUP S.R.L. provides advertising services, not physical goods. Everything we deliver is digital or carried out remotely, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery address or shipping cost. This policy explains how you receive what you pay for and when.
2. How Each Service Is Delivered
We deliver each service in the way that fits it best, by email or through a platform we agree with you:
• Digital advertising — campaigns are built and run in the relevant ad accounts, with access and reporting shared with you.
• Social media management — content calendars, posts, and assets are sent for your approval and published on the agreed channels.
• Creative production — final files (graphics, video, photography, copy) are delivered by email or a shared link in the agreed formats.
• Media planning & buying — plans and booking confirmations are shared as documents, and campaigns go live on the agreed dates.
• Brand strategy & identity — strategy documents, brand guidelines, and design files are delivered digitally.
• Reporting — performance reports are sent by email, or through an agreed dashboard, on the schedule we set with you.
3. Typical Timelines & Milestones
The times below are typical estimates; the exact schedule for your work is the one confirmed in your plan or written agreement.
• Monthly plans (Starter, Growth) — onboarding and first deliverables usually begin within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, the service then runs across the one-month service period, and the performance report is delivered at the end of that period.
• Marketing Strategy Session — the session is scheduled within about 5 business days of payment, the written action plan follows within about 5 business days after the session, and a 30-day follow-up is included.
• Brand Identity Package — first concepts are typically shared within 7–10 business days, with the full package delivered after the agreed rounds of revision.
• Promotional Video Production — the timeline is agreed at kickoff and is typically 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
• Enterprise and custom projects — timelines and milestones are set out in the written agreement.
4. Delivery Confirmation
We confirm delivery in writing — normally by email — each time a deliverable or milestone is sent to you or made available on the agreed platform. For ongoing plans, the monthly report marks the close of that service period. If you have not received an expected deliverable, contact us and we will resend it promptly.
5. What "Service Delivered" Means
A service is considered delivered once the agreed deliverable has been sent to you or made available, or — for plans and campaign management — once the agreed work for the service period has been carried out. Because our work is produced specifically for you, work that has started is non-refundable. Please read this together with our Refund Policy, which explains when a refund is possible.
