1. Who We Are
SQUARE COMPANY GROUP S.R.L. (Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată „SQUARE COMPANY GROUP”) is a full-service advertising agency registered in the Republic of Moldova on 11 May 2020, fiscal code (IDNO) 1020600015874, with its registered office at MD-2008, str. Eugen Coca nr. 17, ap. 100, mun. Chișinău. We plan and run advertising for businesses — from small companies building their first online presence to established brands that need a complete advertising partner. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services you order through it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.
2. The Services We Provide
Our registered activity is advertising agency services. In practice this covers digital advertising, social media management, creative production (design, video, photography, and copy), media planning and buying, brand strategy and identity, and outdoor advertising. The exact scope of any engagement is the scope set out in the plan you purchase or in the written quote we agree with you.
3. Ordering & Quotes
You can buy a fixed plan or a one-off service directly on this website, or request a custom quote for larger projects. For custom work, the engagement begins only after you accept our written quote or proposal by email. Every agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price before any work starts. You are responsible for giving us accurate information, brand assets, and timely approvals; delays on your side may move the timeline.
4. Prices, Currencies & Payment
Prices are shown on the website in the currency you select — euro (EUR), US dollar (USD), or Moldovan leu (MDL). The amount you see at checkout is the full price for that service, with no hidden charges. Every payment made on this website is a single, one-time payment for the service or service period stated at checkout — there is no subscription, no stored card, and no automatic or recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Paynet and accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and Paynet Wallet; settled funds are received into our company account at Victoriabank (Republic of Moldova). Payment for online plans and one-off services is due in full at checkout, before work begins. For custom projects invoiced separately, payment is due on the dates set in your agreement, and an invoice left unpaid for more than 7 days may carry a late charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our fees and are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before we begin work and receive a full refund — the details are in our Refund Policy. We always confirm in writing when work is about to start, so you know the exact point at which an order can no longer be cancelled for a refund. Once work has started — for example strategy, design, content production, campaign setup, or media booking — the order can no longer be cancelled for a refund, because resources have already been committed to your project. You may still stop an ongoing engagement at any time; any unspent advertising budget we hold on your behalf is returned to you.
6. Customer Support
We are here to help before, during, and after your purchase. You can reach us through the contact form on this website, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Chișinău time). We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day and to resolve routine requests within three business days.
7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If something is wrong, please tell us first — most issues are solved quickly and directly. Send your complaint through the contact form on this website with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order reference. We will respond within five business days with our position or a proposed resolution. If you are not satisfied, the matter can be escalated to the management of SQUARE COMPANY GROUP S.R.L. for a final review. A payment-specific issue — for example a charge you do not recognise — can also be raised with Paynet or with the bank that issued your card. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is subject to the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the competent courts of Chișinău.
8. Intellectual Property
The deliverables we create for you become your property once your payment for them has been received in full; until then, they remain ours. Where a project uses brand assets you already own, you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of that project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, pricing, and strategy confidential during and after our work together, and we expect the same from you regarding our proposals and methods. We share your personal data with third parties only as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes, as advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute that reaches court will be handled by the competent courts of Chișinău.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown above, is the one that applies. If we make a significant change, we will note it on the website or let you know by email.
