Refund Policy

1. Overview
All payments made through this website are one-time payments — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal. Refunds are governed solely by the specific conditions set out in this policy. Outside those conditions, we do not provide discretionary or change-of-mind refunds once a service is being delivered. Please read this policy before you complete a payment.
2. When a Full (100%) Refund Applies
A full refund — 100% of the amount paid — is provided in either of these two cases:
(a) Cancellation before work begins. If you cancel your order before we have started work on it, you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. We confirm the start of work with you in writing, so the point up to which you can still cancel for a full refund is always clear.
(b) Service not delivered, or our fault. If we fail to deliver the agreed service, or do not provide it as described, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service.
3. When Refunds Are Not Provided
Outside the cases in Section 2, refunds are not provided. In particular:
• A change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction, after the service has been delivered as agreed.
• Requests made after work has begun and the service is being, or has already been, properly delivered — except where we are at fault, as covered in Section 2(b).
Arbitrary refund requests made without a valid reason under this policy are not accepted.
4. Advertising Budgets
Money you set aside for advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) is separate from our service fees and is managed on your behalf. Any unspent advertising budget is returned to you in full on request. SQUARE COMPANY GROUP S.R.L. keeps no unspent client advertising funds.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request in writing through the contact form on this website. Please include your full name, the email address you used at checkout, and your order reference so we can locate your payment. We will confirm receipt and tell you whether your request qualifies under Section 2.
6. Crediting Period
Approved refunds are processed within 14 (fourteen) business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout — Visa, Mastercard, or Paynet Wallet via Paynet. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chișinău.
