Payments are processed by Paynet, and settled funds are received into our company account at Victoriabank (Republic of Moldova). Your card details — card number, expiry date, and CVV — are entered within Paynet's secure payment environment; they never reach our systems and are never stored by us. Beyond the payment processor, we share data only with the service providers we need to operate (for example our website hosting and analytics), and only to the extent necessary.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep contract and payment records for as long as required by the accounting and tax laws of the Republic of Moldova — generally up to 5 years — after which they are deleted or anonymised. Contact-form enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months and then removed.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
